Teaching Philosophy

Language learning is about becoming someone who can use the language to engage in meaningful activities and be an active participant within the culture. I believe the classroom should provide a safe place for students to try, make mistakes, and ultimately succeed. My aim is to create a space where students feel encouraged to return, and where they can build confidence and a strong rapport with me as their instructor.
